Birchcreek Retreat is an adventurous detox, fitness and yoga vacation. Our program is designed to help guests Jump Start aggessive weight loss, get back on track with physical workouts and reconnect with nature through a combination of exercise, juice fasting (optional), healthy eating, adventure, yoga, relaxation and pampering. The focus of your fitness experience at Birchcreek is not another boring day in the gym but a variety of indoor and outdoor, individual and class activities that are challenging and effective with almost immediate visible results.

All Birchcreek programs start with guided, invigorating walks - the very best way to begin your day. Whatever your fitness level - from beginner to athlete - the daily morning walk is the way to wake up your metabolism and prepare the body for the day! Some of our guests are already in a fitness regime, others are looking to kick start one and others just looking for a fun active holiday from which they will return home looking & feeling better! The atmosphere is non competitive and we encourage everyone to work at their pace. Class sizes are small and non intimidating but challenging and cutting edge. Participation in the Birchcreek fitness program results in accelerated weight loss, dramatic reduction of body fat and a physical and a wonderful light feeling, both mentally and physically. Guided Trail HikingBuild stamina and strength while reconnecting with the earth's natural beauty in the mountains (in season) or on the beach. The benefits are outstanding – whatever your fitness level. Our guests find the hikes physically invigorating and mentally satisfying. Hikes of varying degrees of difficulty are available for all exercise levels.
Yoga/Stretch/PilatesStrengthen your core, tighten abs, promote flexibility, improve balance and posture, reconnect with your body and mind. All levels of flexibility and strength welcome and accommodated. Included in your program is a variety of core classes for all exercise levels perfect for muscle fitness, lengthening and joint mobility.
Strength TrainingBirchcreek offers a variety of body sculpting strength and endurance classes for muscle development and toning.
Isolation and free weight training in the gym and outdoor polymetric, plyometric and isometric routines build muscle and trim inches. CardioLose inches, burn fat, blast calories. Cardio kick boxing, hiking, interval training, circuits, pool cardio, fitness fusion, Zumba and rebounding classes will get you sweating off pounds and inches and having fun doing it!
