The classes are modified to adjust to your level of fitness while we also make sure you are working up to your potential. Class varieties include: yoga, mat pilates, strength training, cardio, rebounding, Tai Chi, circuits, butts and guts, daily power walking.
Scheduling personal exercise is encouraged but not mandatory.
