DEPOSITS
A 35% deposit will be charged to your credit card to secure your reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any changes to a reservation (including program changes) or cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date; changes or cancellations made less than 7 days prior will result in forfeit of the entire deposit. There is a $250 administration fee for any reservation cancelled more than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. There is a $100 change fee for any changed reservation more than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
There are no credits or refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email. Please download or print the attached forms and complete the medical history and food log forms. Fax to 516.216.9912 prior to arrival so that we may begin planning your personalized stay.
PROGRAM CHANGES
You have the option to change your program from Pure & Simple to either Jump Start or Boot Camp with 24 hour notice. You may not 'downgrade' to a less expensive program without 7 days notice.
TIPPING POLICY
Optional tipping is not included in your rate at Birchcreek Retreat. Our staff members do appreciate your acknowledgement of their outstanding customer service. Envelopes are provided at the front desk that you may address to an individual staff member and either hand to them personally or leave at the Front Desk. Guests wanting to recognize behind the scenes service staff, whose efforts are crucial to making your stay special, may leave a gratuity at the Front Desk to be shared with kitchen and housekeeping. The full amount of tips are distributed to designated staff members.
Tips may also be added to your credit card bill. A 3 % fee administration fee will be added to ensure that the full amount distributed to designated staff members.
TAX INFORMATION
For some Guests, participation in our weight loss programs can be tax deductible. If your physician has recommended you lose weight to treat a specific weight-related disease (such as obesity, hypertension, heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, etc.), you may be eligible to include certain portions of our program fees as a medical expense.
