A $150 deposit will be charged to your credit card to secure your reservation. The balance is due at check in. Please call for cash discounts.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any changes to a reservation or cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date; changes or cancellations made less than 7 days prior will result in forfeit of the entire deposit.
There are no credits or refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

TIPPING POLICY
Optional tipping is not included in your rate at Jump Start Retreat. Our staff members do appreciate your acknowledgement of their outstanding customer service. Envelopes are provided at the front desk that you may address to an individual staff member and either hand to them personally or leave at the Front Desk. Guests wanting to recognize behind the scenes service staff, whose efforts are crucial to making your stay special, may leave a gratuity at the Front Desk to be shared with kitchen and housekeeping. The full amount of tips are distributed to designated staff members.
Tips may also be added to your credit card bill. A 3 % fee administration fee will be added to ensure that the full amount distributed to designated staff members.
TAX INFORMATION
For some Guests, participation in our weight loss programs can be tax deductible. If your physician has recommended you lose weight to treat a specific weight-related disease (such as obesity, hypertension, heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, etc.), you may be eligible to include certain portions of our program fees as a medical expense.
