9:00 am
Morning walk, stretching, deep breathing
Welcome the day with a green power drink followed by an invigorating walk in the mountains of upstate New York. Our walks provide gentle warming for fitness beginners or a power workout for athletic clients.    
Breakfast Fresh fruits, fresh juices - cleanse and detoxify.
10:30 am
Abs stretch, strength work out
Whatever your fitness level, flexibility can be improved. We offer a variety of stretch classes - Tai Chi, basic stretch, Pilates, Intensive Abs, Yoga stretch.
11:15 am
Snack Break
Citrus water, herbal teas, wheat grass juices give you energy and keep your metabolism revved throughout the day.

Jump Start Your Life Seminar
Educational insights into weight loss, health, diet and fitness help create strategies and incentives to continue your success at home. Watch presentations and learn about
the incredible self-healing properties
of your own body.
1:00 pm
Lunch
You won't believe how delicious and satisfying lunch can be and still be healthy and weight reducing. Juicers and eaters enjoy a freshly made offering of super nutritious fruits and vegetables.

Personal time
Grab a favorite book, kick back and relax, visit nearby attractions or indulge in one of our pampering spa services.

Afternoon Snack
Enjoy a mid-afternoon break with a hot broth, smoothie or refreshing carrot juice.

Cardio work is for all fitness levels to burn calories, improve fitness, and keep your metabolism moving. Cardio boxing, rebounding, interval training and polemetrics are some of our client's favorite Birchcreek classes.

6:00 pm
Dinner: A Rewarding Bounty
Tailored for enjoyment as well as cleansing, weight loss and nutrition, our delicious Vegetarian cuisine or super dinner juices ensure culinary satisfaction as well as a good night's sleep with the promise of renewed energy in the morning.
