Just Do it. Stop thinking about it and make a decision already, you will be glad you did. I am a healthy guy and didn't really have much weight to lose starting out as I was 186 pounds at a height of 5'10. After 7 days I was 8 pounds lighter at 178 so this was more about cleansing for me than losing weight. After the 7 days I felt like a million bucks. I felt as if my hearing and sight had improved. I recommend Juice Fasting to people all the time but it can be tough when you do it alone at home or around bad influences of friends that are eating cheeseburgers and drinking beer. It was so nice to just spend a week in peaceful beauty the Costa Rica retreat. We worked out hard and enjoyed the hammocks or the pool when we could. They take you on nice walks where you can see monkeys and other interesting animals. Its fun, healthy and relaxing all in one. ... I have adapted a much healthier way of life and I am excited to be the best I can be!

Weightloss retreat
This has been the adventure of my life.....I came here to detox my life away from FOOD.... After 24 years of struggling to lose 10, 20, 35, 42, & now 58 pounds.....I HAVE FINALLY FOUND THE PLACE.... RIGHT HERE, JUMP START!!!!! Food became a DRUG for me, I became a prisoner of food and I told my family I'm checking myself into a food rehab institution, lol. I referred Jump Start as a rehab for addiction to food. The past 4 years I had been researching for a place to go where I can change my mindset and lifestyle. My friend suggested I come here because he's​ had personal experience here. I came March 20th and I will leave April 14th. In 16 days I can walk 5 miles up and down hills in the rain and snow, I drink 1 gallon of water, I am sooooo happy and upbeat, I can run for 1 mile without stopping, etc etc etc..... Not to mention, I lost 11.2 pounds within the first 7 days I was here. I can go on and on and on....But one thing I want to emphasize.....
