I love everything about the program, the staff, the setting, and the guests same mindset positive environment and expectations. Most of all, Ron and Julie are like a lost family you just met for the first time; at least that is how I felt. As soon as you walk in, you feel like you are at home and the energy of positive change surrounded by nature engulfs your body, spirit, and soul. Thank you Jump Start NY. I had a tall order. I was looking for a place, where I could relax, regroup, exercise, juice and lose weight. I found all that and more at Jump Start New York!!...All of our time was planned out, from the workout sessions (Steve rocks!), to the hikes, yoga, and all the juices and smoothies. Ahhh the smoothies :)
There was nothing to think about, but to follow, and lose weight. The staff is very knowledgeable (Julie rocks) and hands on, and always there with you. They not only teach you how to be successful with your time there, but how to maintain your success when you get home. It was the very best thing i could have done for myself. The best part is, i lost 15.60 lbs in my stay of 14 days. I couldn't be more happy. I plan to make this a recurrence yearly, to stay on track!!!!
